Design-build is a method of project development where designer and builder is a single person or entity. Responsibility for Project development is transferred to the one Contractor, who will be obliged to build the designed object of construction. In this case Employer (contract owner) has minimized risks, because one point of responsibilty exists and some effects in management may be achieved by reducing the time of project delivery and combination of design and construction processes by overlapping some stages of these projects.
