Stressed reinforcement means any type of reinforcements materials used in construction or machinery that were preliminary stressed during production for achieving more higher and control values (in pre-designed measures) of rigidity at the compressive strength, torsional strength and flexural strength (bending strength, modulus of rupture) together or seperately.
